U is for Unicorn
This was another Magical lesson. The we read the book Claire and the Unicorn
Then all the kids passed the Unicorn around and looked at it. We observed that a unicorn mane can be any color, pink purple, green really whatever they come up with. This is a great way to encourage imagination.
We talked about what it would be like to have your own unicorn, and how much fun it would be to have one that could fly!
We used glitter Glue for the sparkles on the main and the horn.
All of the drawings were done by kids ages 3-7!
They did a fabulous job!
When they were finished drawing and coloring their unicorn, they added Glitter Glue for the mane and the horn. This was good for sensory skills and I think they liked it.
